Kenne Pitts

Coach Pitts has over 15 years of experience in the Strength and Conditioning field. He has worked at various levels with multiple sports and has served as a consultant for many sports teams, training facilities and individuals and has served on the staff of the Buffalo Bills of the NFL as a Strength and Conditioning Assistant.

Kenne is a graduate of Bellaire High School in Bellaire, Ohio. He received an A.A.S. in Health and Fitness Management from Columbus State Community College and a B.A. in Exercise Science from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. While attending Capital University he also received the Exercise Science Award for character, scholastic achievement and leadership qualities.

Kenne is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), is a certified Sports Performance Coach from USA Weightlifting (USAW) and a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has specific Olympic Lifting expertise gained through the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and was recently elected to the Columbus State Community College Sport & Exercise Studies Hall Of Fame. In addition, Coach Pitts has achieved a level of expertise in Soft Tissue Therapy and is in constant demand in this area.

The Coach resides in Columbus, Ohio and is available for Strength and Conditioning / Soft Tissue consultation and clinic presentations nationwide.
